A linen service you can check for yourself
You can see the stock, the deliveries and the bill for yourself. We have designed the service so that you can.
A pool of your own
We size a pool of linen to your program, buy it, and hold it for you. Pieces that wear out or are damaged in normal use are withdrawn and replaced, and your pool stays the same size.
One rate for each item delivered
The rate covers rental and laundering. We invoice each week from the dockets signed at each delivery. Nothing is charged for linen at our depot or in the wash.
Stock held on the coast
Clean linen for tomorrow's deliveries reaches our Sunshine Coast depot the afternoon before. Your morning delivery does not depend on that morning's drive from Brisbane.
How it works
Three things happen for every delivery, and the portal shows each one.

Order by 2 pm the working day before
Sign in, see what will be available tomorrow morning, and order in whole bundles for each delivery point, up to the number shown as available. You can change the order until it closes. We do not ask you for forecasts.

We deliver in the morning
Clean linen arrives at your linen room in covered cages, on a schedule fixed for each delivery point. We collect the soiled linen on the same visit. Your teams do not sort or count it.

Check it against the docket
Each delivery has a docket, signed with your contact. The week's dockets make the week's invoice, item by item. If a piece is not fit for a guest, report it in the portal and follow its status.

What we do
Linen rental
Sheets, pillow slips, towels, bath mats, pool towels and tea towels, made for commercial laundering. We own the linen and replace it as it wears.
Laundering
Every piece is washed, dried, ironed or folded, checked, and packed in labelled bundles of a fixed count at our plant.
Delivery and collection
Deliveries to your linen rooms on weekday mornings, on a fixed schedule, and collection of soiled linen on the same visit.
A portal for your account
Stock, tomorrow's order, the delivery schedule, dockets, invoices and problem reports, for the users you name.
